Gaybors Lab in Thailand is an immersive business incubator designed for LGBTQ+ entrepreneurs and small business owners ready to grow their businesses while building a community and living authentically.
THE INTENTION
Centered on community, creativity and connection, the Gaybors Lab in Thailand is an immersive incubator where attendees grow their businesses, participate in workshops led by LGBTQ+ business leaders and build meaningful relationships with LGBTQ+ entrepreneurs from around the world. Participants gain valuable resources, ongoing support and a vibrant community—all while experiencing the very best of Thailand.
THE EXPERIENCE
Gaybors Lab creates a cross-cultural environment that inspires innovation, collaboration and a deep sense of belonging. The program encourages both personal and professional growth ensuring entrepreneurs don’t just survive—but truly thrive not only during the incubator but when they return home.
Throughout the experience, participants engage in collaborative discussions, hands-on workshops, group activities and reflective moments designed to reconnect them with their potential—not only as entrepreneurs, but as confident out and proud business leaders.
THE COMMUNITY
During the incubator attendees experience the very best of Thailand through curated cultural moments across the country, along with exclusive meet-and-greets with leaders who are reshaping the LGBTQ+ business landscape through innovative and groundbreaking ventures in Thailand and around the world.
For example, attendees meet Pangina Heals, host of RuPaul’s Drag Race Thailand, who has built a thriving business empire in Bangkok. During this session, participants learn from Pangina’s journey as an out and proud entrepreneur, with opportunities to ask questions and gain firsthand insights. The experience culminates in an unforgettable evening at Pangina’s iconic Bangkok club, House of Heals.
These immersive experiences foster meaningful friendships, support the gayborhood and leave attendees with a clearer vision, stronger strategy and the confidence needed to build scalable growth—while also creating space for personal connection, growth and healing.
THE STAY
From day one, participants have access to The Gaybors Group offices in Chiang Mai and Bangkok, which feature coworking spaces, meeting rooms and a podcast studio, as well as products and services from locally owned LGBTQ+ businesses proudly partnered with the Gaybors Lab.
Our team ensures a smooth arrival and assists with accommodations, including an optional stay at the Gaybors House, which comes with a housekeeper, chef, and driver. We also handle practical needs such as phone setup and motorbike rentals, so you can hit the ground running from day one.
Gaybors Lab participants receive visa support through Gaybors Abroad, helping with arrival, stay and any relevant visa requirements throughout the program.
